How the day flows
The morning sets the rhythm for the entire day.
Breakfast, video review, and theory, so you clearly understand what you’ll be working on once you’re on the water.
During the day, we head to the spot, set up the equipment, and get into the session.
Everything happens with coaching and radio communication, so corrections come in real time, when they actually impact the result.
After the session, it’s time to recover. Pool, jacuzzi, a calm evening, or a light workout if you feel like it.
Each day is structured so you keep moving forward, not just riding.
